Release any gar or bowfin you catch and you'll bring in good money at least. Use a bass jig with the twitch or stop&go retrieve set to 1 speed at the peak times, and you should land a unique, which are good money. For the unique largemouth, it'll be in the lilypad channel, just cast at the channel itself to the left side of it. Fish around any of the lilypads and you should land bass between 2.5 to 8lbs, or roughly 1 to 4kg. Alternate between a popper lure and a bass jig, 4/0 hook sizes if you can, and alternate between the lilypad channel and the infinity tunnels for locations. For your level, I would suggest the rivertex thora 9'6" rod with a rivertex exterminator 4500 reel with a line to match it. The bigger the keepnet or stringer you can buy, the better. This might not be the best xp idea, but go to the everglades and fill your net or stringerl up with largemouth bass and butterfly peacock.
